And breathe!  Seems to have dissipated a lot now, but that really was my best solar experience (eclipses excluded) :smile:  The hard drive on my little laptop has taken a battering!  Don't think the shots are really going to recapture the awesomeness of watching it though!

Fantastic display.... absolute fire cracker even at this time of the evening :laugh: The surface detail is spectacular in both white light & Ha, those spots are more than making up for the bad weather of late.

Fabulous image Helen!!

I'm kicking myself because I saw this developing and changing rapidly before it 'went off', I assumed that was as big as it was going to get so did not keep tabs on it.

Amazing image. There certainly was a lot going on today, plenty of fast moving/quick changing proms, and lovely detail in white light too!!
