Welcome, from one new member to another, 6 inch refractor sounds nice....what did you get, and what are you mounting it on.

Sorry for the delay in responding - still figuring out how this site works.

I got a Celestron VX 6 Refractor - the VX mount is an upgraded GoTo Equatorial - built a little heavier, more powerful motors.  

April should be incredible for us stargazers: Mars in opposition, Sun acting up, Saturn all night, Lunar eclipse, meteor showers, etc...
