Questars are very good little scopes, but they have some limitations. eg they don't do well at the zenith with an eyepiece and diagonal. Optically, they are great!

It can be wonderful, if the monsoons have cleared up. The first 15 years I was here, it didn't rain once the entire month. Drop me a line when you come! Maybe you can visit. :D

i forgot to add the telescope company Questar is down the road from me about 2 miles..... anyone got their scopes?

I've got a 50th Anniversary model coming . . . some time. Have been waiting for a couple of months and am dying with anticipation - apparently they are one machinist short and have a bit of a backlog,
