Hello Jason.  In answer to your question, I have a 4" refractor which I use for imaging and an 11" Celestron which I use for visual.  Not much of either at the moment.  You would be welcome to see sometime if the weather improves, but just now I am set up for the 4" refractor (only one tripod), so lots of computer stuff to see and learn about polar alignment etc. If this is what interests you, send me a message on this forum, but please arrange for better weather first!

Hello Jason

I am not sure if there are members from Ross on Wye but there are a few from Hereford and Herefordshire. There is a Herefordshire Astronomical Society which in fact has a meeting tonight  - https://sites.google.com/site/hsastro/home

There is also a Ross Science Society that have the occasional good lectures on astronomy - http://www.rosssciencesociety.org.uk/

As you see I live in Hereford (on the Ross side)
