Hello everyone,

I am new to this fantastic site and I now take the time to say hi. I have already found so many useful advice here and I had perfect answers to my first question.

I got a SW explorer 200p/ eq5 with a dual axis motor for my birthday. I have always wanted to get a telescope but never got round to it. So here we are, I am over the moon !

I am french but live in the south of england where the clouds are part of my life .. so I have learned to be patient and I hope that I will be able to make full use of my scope.

Hello Ben

A warm welcome to the SGL, that is a good scope a great present I would say

I know you are having bad weather at the moment it will start clearing soon the skies in Sussex are very good alot of the time in September there is a Star party :grin:

in East Sussex next to Herstmonceux Castle so look out for it
