A couple of pics from last night.

The entire rig (except the lappy for camera control) cost less than £220

I do yern for an HEQ5 and all the bells to hang of it but here I am stuck with an old black EQ3 2 and at the moment im pretty chuffed with the results

The lens used in these cost £6, it has a snapped aperture mech so I have to dismantle the lens to change it...

How cute and calm does M1 look at 200mm....!!

Very good images. There is a "budget imaging" thread somewhere with quite a few postings from people in a similar situation. May well be worth a read if you haven't found it already. stan26 I particularly recall as producing some excellent results on the smallest of budgets.
