Just introducing myself. I'm an old retired guy that enjoys looking at the sky. I have owned telescopes off and on since childhood. I presently have a Celestron NexStar 8 SE that I don't use enough. I'm hoping to change that and also to get my granddaughter interested in astronomy. Thanks for allowing me into your group.

Just looked you up on Google Maps....What a great location with all those National Parks on your doorstep! Bet the skies are great there, unlike here in damp, cold Gloucester! And that's Gloucester in the UK.
