Telescope : Officina Stellare Hiper Apo 130 (f/6)

CCD : Atik 428ex

temp : 0 celcius

Mount : ASA DDM 60

Guiding : Unguided

FF/FR : -

Filters : 2" Baader

Exposures : RGB bin 1x1 6x600sec for each filter

L bin 1x1 6x600 sec

Ha bin 1x1 15x600 sec

Oiii bin 1x1 18x1200 sec

Calibration frames : Darks - Flats -Bias - Dark Flats

Apps : Maxim dl - Nebulosity - Photoshop.

Aggelos, the image is stunning, not to mention it looks great on my desktop background :)

I accidently came across your post while searching more detail on the Nebulosity Program which I've concluded is probably the best option for me as a starter.

PHD for Guiding (QHY5) and Nebulosity for Imaging and processing (DSLR). Photoshop will have to wait until I get the hang of these two programs first :)

Do you have any personal suggestions?

Missed this one first time around but I'm doing some research on this as a possible target in the future (if our skies ever clear).

This is just awesome.

I love your images, Aggelos. They are increadibly inspirational and spur me on to do better in my own imaging. Thanks for posting.

ThiS is stunning!

Not only the optical performance / processing, etc....but the tracking precision from this ASA mounts (direct drive) makes possible to achieve the full potential of the optics used...the only limit here is the atmosphere and not the mount, very impresive :cool:
