Welcome.

I have been there .... well, landed at LA and a few hours later, flew out again.

But, I was there.

This is a great forum with a great bunch of helpful people.

No question is too stoopid as I have asked them all.

Thanks to all for the welcomes.

I have a 6'' dob tube mounted on an EQ3. Found your forum while looking for a DIY way to guide. I already have the motors and hand controllers. I found quite a few intereting threads on how to mod my setup for PHD. Looking forward to this summer project.

Hi Chris,

Welcome to the forums.

Lived in California most of my life. Being here in the UK now, brings about a new found appreciation for the Central Coast weather, which I took for granted. Are the skies dark in your area?
