Thanks for all the comments everyone.

Dave, that's as it came out of the telescope. I use a 3x Barlow which with an f/11 scope gives me... erm... f/42. The reason it's f/42 and not f/33 is that the filter wheel I use pulls the camera back from the Barlow slightly, increasing the image scale as it goes. f/42 on a 350mm telescope gives an effective focal length of 14.7 metres or an equivalent magnification of x588.

I've even more impressed now!!

Just goes to show how the high frame rate of that Luminera camera, can 'grab' that sort of detail at x568, through 'micro gaps' in the average 'seeing'.
