I have recently bought my first telescope the Sky Watcher 127 go to and loved the idea of just staring at the sky and watching the galaxy go bye. For years watching Sir Patrick Moore and recently Stargazing live. I have been lazy in I was happy watching everyone else do the work and then sitting back enjoying your work. But thought it time I had a go myself. I live in Essex and hope to meet up with other gazers in my area in the future but think I should master the telescope first. I would welcome any help in all aspects of getting started I am excited to learn.:)
