Hi All,

Long time viewer of the heavens using binoculars, found myself a bargain 150 reflector, so made the leap to hopefully a whole new sky.

Interested in planetary imaging, so will be scouring the forums for advice on ccd modifications.

Only set up telescope once so far, and managed to get polar alignment pretty quickly, so feeling pretty pleased with myself.

Totally amazed with the number of objects I can now see.

hi and welcome to sgl not sure which part of s yorkshire ya from but a have a spare webcam you could use if ya local to me(chesterfield) as i use webcams for planetry stuff and they work well albeit a small ccd chip they work out
