    You get an elasticated cargo net then hang it up pop some long bungee cords to the bottom of net to floor this will stop up travel of the net

    Hi I also have the bresser 127/1200 refractor with the 224 mc camera , to get focus I have to use all the extensions that came with the telescope and a 35mm extension then camera don't use a diagonal , use eyepiece first in the back of extension focus this then change to the camera now wind focuser in towards the scope and it will focus

    Hi I saw a guy once had a cargo net hanging in the back of the van about half way up the sides , the dob went on top with 2 bungee straps holding it in place he said it helps due to the cargo net letting the dob float over the bumps in the road

    Soldering isn't that difficult ? Well not for some , use to solder a lot when I was building large RC Helicopters but my hands shake now and I would solder everything else but not the part I need 😂

    Thanks found it , it's strange it's on but when I used it last night it was in day mode , so I turned off auto night mode so it's on all the time see if that's fixed it

    Update: This setup works very well with SkySafari 7, happily! Your lucky I can't get it to work on SS7 pro the programme does not like my Samsung tablet keeps says programme not responding . It's so bad I have to use stellariaum mobile , does any one know if you can get red screen on the Synscan app

    Les my mirror was really clean too , it may be different paint used on the newer ones ?.May be get a white fleck and put it under a microscope ?

    Hi I just took my MAK apart to flock it and it does not have any white flecks it's a year old stored outside in a cold shed it's in a storage bag with the duel speed focuser stuck out of the bag but it does have a Desiccant cap in the back of the focuser if that makes the difference I think it does as it makes it a closed tube

    Hi I am having same problems it connected once but now will not so reverted to stellariaum mobile, another strange problem I had with sky safari 7 pro is that all the stars that are always above horizon it would say they were below the horizon and targets it would let you have when you hit goto the target circle would move on the screen but mount would just sit there ticking

    Hi i keep my MAK in the outdoor shed so it's cold , if you want a cheap Cooler there is one on ENS I think it's about £25

    Hi Malc I did look at that yesterday but it's over my pay grade lol . Spoke to Paul wookie1965 and I will pop it in the post to you if you don't mind taking a look for me if it can't be fixed I will have to get a new one but I think the price of £70 is over priced for what it is
