There is plenty of detail just wanting to pop out as you say Stuart. You have done well with this - the weather really is woeful. So cruel to when it looks so clear and you find the seeing is pants! Hopefully Stuart, hopefully.....

Thanks Ralph we shall keep plugging away and hope to hit a rich seam of seeing at some point.

Cheers Harvey, Ruud & Simon!

Hi Stuart yes it shows more detail than your last outing. But as you say Jupiter hasn't come alive for us yet. I might keep experimenting with my last captures. As you were right on your comments to me about the last  process. we can get blinded by the process, until the rust goes away I think

Plenty of time out, as you know.

Its starting to lean in the right direction now Stuart growing every week. I usually notice a point in size every year, where all of a sudden all the images start having that detail coming through.

Loving your Jupiter pics rolling in.  :happy11:

Wets the appetite a lot as it gets bigger and more sociable time to image and you set the standard to aspire to.

You've inspired me to get up super early if the weather is forecast .... but I'm ging to have to tip toe outside past the 3 week old, 2 year and 3 year old girls !

Cheers Simon its nice to inspire people as you have done with your Uranus image! I thought young kids got their parents up super early most days ;-) Its our last chance at a good Jupiter this winter as its down to 40 degrees the year after so fill your boots now (weather permitting ahem!)
