Hi all , my names Chris and i live near Louth , just starting out with a telescope and hope to do a bit of imaging , i had an acuter 100mm, got rid of it and bought a sw80 ed pro,i have a canon 1000d camera and have just orderd the adapters to connect my camera up from FLO,i have also ordered a ccd camera from morgans , i do not have a mount yet but its on a heavy duty video tripod which is really stable, we do a bit of motor-homing so will be taking it with me

Hi Chris & welcome to sgl.

Taking your scope round in the motorhome sounds good, you can hunt for clear skies :hello2:

we stop at a few of the little 5 van sites ,usually in the middle of the contry side with no street light or other light pollution:)
