Hello everyone on the SGL!

I am located at Patras on the SW of Greece and I have re-developed an interest in astronomy.

Actually I did not go too far on astronomy. My dad bought me years ago a pair of binoculars, a map of the night sky and one of the moon along with a planisphere.. that was about 20 years ago and I spent about 2 years on the hobby.

One good thing I got out of my brief involvment is the fact that I can actually recognise quite a few constellations, and locate some known stars.

Apart of that I cannot remember anything else. I consider myself to be again a new student on this and I have many questions in my mind.

Well, that is for now.

It is good to found a place like SGL.
