I see this is now listed as 5.30pm EST, so just enough time to watch the Sky at Night first.

Does anyone have a link to the actual channel for the announcement? I have had trouble in the past finding NASA live announcements in among all the other NASA stuff.

I am betting they pointed it at something photogenic and not something tiny and extremely far away.

Or it could be a picture of The. First. Star. Ever.
