Green means its lying as whenever you go out there is still perma cloud covering the sky!

It's based on traffic lights.

When you see a road junction some distance ahead and the lights are green, it means that by the time you get to that junction the lights will have changed through amber to red. While you are waiting at the red light, you will see that the next junction ahead is green. But then .... (repeat)

(and if you're tempted to gamble on an amber light, you may get caught out, or you may get lucky)

They change constantly, unreliable app, just look out the window, they can't even forecast that. Green = maybe
