Dust cover for 200p skywatcher Dob

Has anyone have a dust cover that is a good fit for their 200p skywatcher dob?

As a cheap alternative I use to use a duvet cover.

I used a garden umbrella cover, not quite as cheap as a duvet cover 🤔 on the plus side, it did have a really nice zip🤣

I use a Chimnea cover, inexpensive and waterproof.

Hi there, I made this cover myself. The bottom end has a circular piece that attaches with Velcro to turn it into a closed bag for travel.

The inside is lined with a 3d foam mesh.

Oxford fabric chimnea cover used here on a 200P - check out the well known auction site for loads of shapes, materials and prices - also check out patio furniture covers - no need to pay the earth and some are very good quality materials.

I bought a few patio furniture covers for my gear very cheaply and they work fine , (inside my ROR shed that is).

The patio umbrella type are good for long OTA mounted on a stand or pier. When I had my 200p this was a very good fit.

Thank you everyone for some great ideas. I ordered my dob on the 19th Oct and am currently waiting on a delivery date, still have a couple weeks yet as there is a 30-40 lead time on FLO, so should be able to get something from that auction site😊

I was in immediate and urgent need of rain protection last night. It was forecast perfectly clear, as it indeed turned out, but what wasn't forecast was the violent little squall that came over after I'd spent 20 minutes hoiking out and setting up my big mount and 12". Black bin bag and bungee was exactly what saved the night!
