Milky way in the "desert"

Well not really the desert but a dried up lake/water reservoir in the summer.

Taken in a Bortle 2 with the Samyang 14mm on a Nikon fx camera. 3x30sec stacked for the sky to reduce noise and one exposure earlier in the night/day for the foreground. Blended together in Photoshop.

Fantastic milky way, but the whole composition of the photo is great, looks like something out of a science fiction film.
