First light on new equipment curse

I know we are people of science but I’m starting to seriously wonder if any supernatural forces are genuinely at work. New Quark, lovely sunshine. Set up tripod, scope, plug Quark in and after 10 mins green light comes on and bang, cloud and then 5 mins later rain. Bin bags over equipment and cursing. Cloud parting soon and sun will by then be behind rooftops and so damn agitated now I can’t be bothered to lug it all out to the front. Grrrrrrrr.

I remember from my Lunt days it wasn’t too bad, but then again I wasn’t dragging an EQ6 and everything else about too ?
