Star Colors and Binoculars

Hi, does anybody know if stars differ in color when viewed through different sets of binoculars (ex. 7x35, 10x50, 11x80, 20x80)?

Not so much that they differ in colour, but the more light you get to your eye, the more distinct the colours become (the ones at the limit of visibility of your eye, or of the instrument, rarely appear coloured, no matter what you are using).

Incidently, a way to enhance colour in a star is to expand it into a disc in your binoculars.
