My last Lunar image of 2017

The clouds kept coming and going but I did have a reasonable gap at 11:30, the Mak was cooled and ready to go and I captured 300 frames.

The seeing wasn't exceptional but I stacked 90 and here's the result.

That first image is AMAZING! It really captures the shape and size of the moon, and the close-ups capture some great detail.

I must try taking lunar images again sometime! Unlike Deep Sky I wouldn't have to wait until midnight when the street lights go off.
