Hi all

Heres one from this morning (first session on the Moon since April!).

Amazingly, looks like it might be clear again tonight!

C11, 2.5x Powermate, Lumenera Infinity 2-1M @ 15 fps, red filter.

To answer a couple of the questions...

Tony: I use Lucam recorder for capture (I think most Lumenera users do). Pretty much the default settings for contrast, brightness etc and 15 fps (which is as fast as the camera will go at this resolution).

Ed: no special post processing, just the normal stuff: Registax, mild wavelets, then a couple of iterations of unsharp masking in PS (progressively smaller radius). Then curves/levels and contrast adjustment if necessary. If the image looks a bit noisy I will resize it and apply a light despeckle (I did this in this case), though you have to be careful not to obliterate the details here.
