No calibration..

Now that is a nice bubble!  Any particular reason it's uncalibrated?

Thanks, Mike. I've not calibrated as i'm still trying to work out that part of the equation  lol  I've never imaged to the point where i could justify calibrating to be fair. My last camera was an Atik 2HS (a webcam based unit) and i was just happy to collect a few images. Things have moved on in the equipment front so my learning curve appears immense!!!  I have collected Darks and Bias frames to complement the Bubble image, but i've yet to collect Flats; i need to build a light box or something of that ilk.

I will calibrate as far as darks and bias are concerned a little later today and repost..... if it looks better
