SPX350 F35.6, PGRFlea3, Baader RGB filters.

Fair to good seeing just would not settle before turning to average allowing one really decent Mars and an acceptable  Saturn.  Here in Bisbane Mars and Saturn reach 84 deg alt but it does not guarantee steady seeing it gets worst at high alt for some reason and is best at 55-70 degs.

Mars image shows Elysium and Olympus Mons region - the boring side.

The N.Pole haxagon on Saturn seems fainter and does not stand out as well this year in RGB only IR685nm..

Always a pleasure to view your images from the big Newtonian John.  Afraid you won't get much sympathy from UK imagers stuck with the planets lurking in the murk at <20 degrees !

I feel for you planetary guys in the UK, Mars and Saturn to stay for a while in the SHemi and your now losing Jupiter.  Seeing is not always great here but usually fair to good and weather can be windy near the coast.  I think a few back in UK will be thinking of buying one of those expensive ADC's but planets may be too low in the UK to justify the expense.

Best wishes John.
