NASA image has strange object in it.. What is it?

hello everyone, I came across this image from the NASA Twitter account and wanted some help in clarifying what the object is that is in the bottom left part of the picture. 

Is it just a satellite in the way of the image? I image they used gravitational lensing to get an image of this distance and clarity so could there even be a satellite in that range? 

The image had me confused enough to share it with you all so please do give me your thoughts.

Not sure about gravitational lensing, don't even think it can be used as you have suggested. No idea what the object is but it is a lovely photograph, love the diffraction spikes.

Whatever the thing is, it seems to be backlit ?
Could be an Intelligence has sent one of the Voyagers back to us,
maybe with a message attached asking us not to dump any more litter in their Backyard.
