First Proper White Light Images

These are my two first images using Baader solar film with my Lidl Bresser scope! Was amazed how much haze there can be in what appears to be a clear blue sky.

First one is 50 subs @ 1/1000 sec, iso 400:

Next one is with an x2 Barlow and is 100 subs @ 1/100  sec, iso 400:

Not sure if I have exaggerated the texture by oversharpening? Would I be better with shorter exposures and higher ISO or vice versa?

Excellent images Neil, the good thing about solar imaging is that you do not need a trip' apo' to get good results.
As far as ISO etc best to experiment but then what works one day may not work the next mainly because the seeing varies so much, it was pretty poor here today.
