The Sun in White Light 30th Jan 2016

First one this year! There have been brighter days but they have all occurred on weekdays when I am in the office all day. Still, the Sun is starting to get a bit higher in the sky so maybe a few more opportunities will arise.

Here's my first WL of the year then. I shot Hydrogen Alpha and Ca-K data whilst I was out but the wind was hammering the scope as usual so not sure what if anything I will get from it all.

Fabulous!! I am the same as you, I still haven't imaged the Sun yet this year though. The Sun was only out for moments today, the wind was violent too, so I cleaned and de-spidered my greenhouse instead
