Well that was an interesting session. Clear it may be but the wind made the whole thing very challenging. Having said that I am pretty pleased with how these have come out given the battering the scope was taking.

A very quiet disk at the moment in white light although there are some good areas of faculae which may give rise to something more exciting.

I did try to shoot some Ca-K videos but the early results don;t look promising - hardly a surprise really. Will see what I can do with the data, besides bin it!

Nice work, David. A relief when you get a result when it's windy. I have to say observing and sticking a towel over your head for better contrast while it's windy is also a challenge
