Sun 2015-06-09 80ED vs 70ED

Besides getting the usual white light disc I compared my 80ED to my 70ED on the Sun just for fun. No major difference although I think the 80ED has a bit sharper optics. All other equipment are identical.

A nice pair. As you say, not a lot in it but the 80 just edges it.

I like the 80 best, many more small pores seen, however this could be seeing dependent as well :)

Always worth a fun test! My 66mm scope beat my 80mm on white light

Another version of the 80ED image with a different processing. I think it gives a little bit more natural althoug sharper look to it.
