Q&A about stargazing spot on Malaysia.

Hello, I'm from Penang, Malaysia and I'm finding a stargazing spot for my highschool's astronomy club. A spot with no light pollution but safe camp site, if possible low budget, and around North Malaysia. Thanks in advance!
