Hello from Torquay

Hello all, my name's Max. I'm 22 and live in Torquay, Devon.

I've long been interested in astronomy, but only just bought my first telescope the other day. Generally I'm more interested in the physics side of the subject and normally spend my time reading about it, but I'm now looking at getting in to the observational side more and potentially astrophotography later down the line.

I've studied cosmology in a short distance learning course with LJMU and next month I begin my BSc in Natural Sciences: Astronomy and Planetary Science with the OU.

So I may be on here from time to time with queries on my new telescope
