It does. But on the other hand there's all that stuff down at the southern end of the Milky Way that we don't get to see at any other time...

I also hate summer for this reason, but we still have another 8-10 weeks or so of Spring. I just hope it warms up.

That would be the LP from a dual carraigeway a couple of miles from my house. My southern view (my most open view) )is rubbish all year round. I'm limited to 20-25 degrees and above.

I remember some mild/warm winters in the last few years. Flowers that should not bloom til April were in full bloom in Dec.

I do believe that summer is a mythological few months were the air is warm and pleasant , the nights are clear and cloud free and precipitation is at it's most minimal .......oh dear and now I've just woken up

well they keep warming them up on the radiator...
