Jupiter Feb 28th GRS (Just!)

Bit late setting up for the best of Jupiter last night. Seeing was ok but scope needed more cool time to get the best of the conditions. Here is a quick process from the first avi taken at 19-48.

Nice shot Stuart as always, youve still managed to pull some good detail out, i think given more time for the scope to cool could have resulted in a top notch image but this late into the season you should be very pleased!

Cheers guys! Seeing was pretty steady on this image but then deteriorated for a while before stabilizing again by which time transparency had worsened and elevation was below 50 degrees.

The only thing to watch when imaging with a GOTO/Auto tracking Dob Johny is the tracking which can be quirky at times but apart from that they are a very simple way of imaging.
