Hi brand new to all this but last week I bought a skywatcher 130 heritage scope. Loved it so far I have had some great views of Jupiter and managed to see Saturn with rings this morning. All this from my back garden in the city. hoping if the weekend is clear to get to my parents who live out in the countryside to see how it goes there, or Cannock chase as I ride out there a fair bit.

Hi and welcome to SGL,Im also from wolves originally but now live in stourbridge. glad your having fun with your new scope

we recently brought our 1st scope for xmas and having loads of fun with it (clouds permitting)

last night and this morning have been pretty amazing, hope weekend there is a little clear skies so in can get onto Cannock chase, I think it should be pretty nice around there
