Somehow got into this hobby and now hooked . Bought 8" dob already had a synscan 1145p and reading the knowledge through these forums is amazing. Being disabled and not able to lift or carry much, even from the back garden never realised how much there is up there and the other bonus is,when you cant see anything you can read about it and see others exploits here .MAGIC! :grin:

Hi and welcome to the forum. Astronomy has something for everyone and as long as you take you time reading up all the information, then it will be something you can do for quite some time to come. There is a lot of experience on this forum so you are never going to be left alone with a problem and as your experience grows you will of course be in a position to share in your knowledge and its what makes this forum a great success.
