Greetings,

Just a quick hello from Scotland, some little distance North of Montrose. Just starting to increase my interest in Astronomy, having bought a Planisphere, and trying a couple of freeware pieces of Software, and going to start quietly, with the binoculars my Granddad handed down to me years ago, and work from there, eventually seeing about using a tax refund to possibly eventually get a telescope [along the lines of Celestron Astromaster 130EQ or similar, but we'll see depending on what I read in the "what to look for in telescopes"]

Anyway, just wanted to say hello, and I'll be around, although I'll be reading/wandering for a long while at first, but thought I'd at least register to start with and then start enjoying.
