robertjmorgan Posted October 26, 2011 Share Posted October 26, 2011 Hi I'm Rob and I live on Barry Island.After years and years of star gazing I finally bought a Telescope but I dont think that's important if you are starting off. I've enjoyed years of observing by just looking at consolations, learning the sky and reading books etc. So if you are new to astronomy I would not worry about buying a scope until you're sure that you need one.
