Hello from Derbyshire, via Boston MA!

I'm an American expat who spent a fair amount of time living in Derby during the 90's. My neighbor had an old Celestron C8 that he would carry out to the golf course behind our houses and we would spend time gazing away, mainly at the planets and star clusters up each season.

Anyways, I'm older now (and moved back to the States) but can afford the toys that go with the hobby so here I am. My kids and I share a Z8 Dob and I'm about to pull the trigger on a C9.25 with an Atlas mount.

I'm looking forward to learning what I can from you guys and maybe some day make it back to Littleover to drop in on my neighbor.
