Planets n Moon 2010 collection

Conditions still impossible at min, so sorting out last year files,

decided to make collection pic showing all Planets and Moons i Captured during 2010.

Also noticed i Captured 5 Planets and 5 Moons with 5" scope = 555 lol

I have managed to view Neptune with scope but not imaged yet, also managed to spot Mercury with naked eye and binos,

but still not viewed or imaged Mercury in scope, wud be gud to add these at some point in future hopefully.

Using Gimp i basically added 7 seperate pics to make 1, reason for seven is that moons were processed seperate,

images taken between Feb - Sept 2010 with equipment in signature below.

Nice collection of images. The colour showing on Jupiters moons is impressive.

Nice composite. You've produced some great results with your 127mm Mak.

I agree that the colours on Jupiter's satellites is impressive. I've noticed myself that Io, particularly, often appears sulphur-yellow in some of my images whilst Ganymede is a sort of sooty-brown.

If these were all taken at each planet's opposition, you could arrange them by angular diameter for comparison for fun.

Have to agree. such great shots. if i didnt know i would think your scope was much much bigger. All showing a lot of detail
