Advice on new guide camera.

I am looking to purchase a new guide camera following the sad passing of my trusty Meade DSI III, which has stood me in good stead for guiding for over a decade.  I will be using the new guide camera with a 60mm Altair Astro finder/guide scope.  Any recommendations or advice to inform my search would be gratefully received.

I have experience with the ZWO brand for guidecams.  I started with a 120MM then went to a 290MM. Both worked great with a finderscope but the later really excels with an OAG.

I agree with tooth_dr the ZWO 120 mini and usb 3.0 mono versions make excellent guide cameras with the Altair (I have this combination on my main scope)

If you decide on the 120 mini version I recommend folding back the usb cable and putting a tie wrap round the camera body and cable to take the strain off the usb connector.

The mini version also adapts well to OAG due to its slim body. Also Flo have lots in stock which means you will not have to wait for it

You are not wrong - less than 24 hours from order to delivery of the mini version!  Thanks to you and tooth_dr for the advice.
