Its been so long since I did a lunar image, I'd forgotten how to set up the camera properly!!

Taken with an ED80 and 742nm IR filter thru a DMK21AF04

Showing:

The streaks are part of Tycho's ejecta and finish at the crater Bullialdus

Below and to the right is Mare Humorum

On the left is Oceanus Procellarum with the craters Kepler (with the ejecta), Reiner just below and left, and Hermann just below that and to the right.

And if my orientation is correct, Schickard is the plain on the bottom right

Well, I now have a dedicated PC (which will live the obsy eventually) so I can now record observations and settings on the lappy while the camera clicks away on the PC.

That and another resolution to keep a log ..... :(
