Yet another newbie to astronomy!

Hey all!

I've been deeply interested in astronomy and the cosmos since i was a kid, but I've only recently moved somewhere where the light pollution doesn't blot out most stars!

Now, I've an old 3" (i think :? ) telescope, and all the enthusiasm and patience needed to wait for a gap in the british weather, and get cracking with star gazing!

Wish me luck! :hello2:

Hi Phil

Welcome aboard, it's good fun this British weather lark.

I find it's normally cloudy followed by clouds and then clouds on top of those clouds.

Good luck with the clouds in your area.
