Mars+Saturn 17th May good seeing

SPX350 F41.3, PGRFlea3, Baader RGB filters.

Another good night which started off wobbly before settling down pretty close to yesterday's seeing.  Mars shows a white patch at the bottom of the disc which is the Argyre impact crater that possible formed the Elysium volcanoes in the ancient past.  The Shiaparelli crater is also visible on the right side.  Mars seeing deteriorated so I moved to Saturn and after a while seeing really improved and for one good set.  The sharpened IR GIF showed moving patches on the equator.

It will be cloudy for next few days here in Brisbane.
