May 14th - Heads up - good proms on view

There are some good proms on view, particularly in E an NW.  Grabbed this frame at 6.56am, well worth a look.  Sorry about quality but I have to go out and wanted to post this before I left.

Nice one Paul, It looked sunny to me so I got up immediately but it was cloudy when I got downstairs !!!!! Hopefully the cloud will clear and I will get some solar in.

Good disk Paul. There is a big new spot coming around in WL which I suspect is responsible for the proms in the east.

Very nice prom images. Lovely sunny day here, but seeing is not great. That new AR looks very interesting.
