Jupiter 20th January - Good seeing from the UK!

Hi all,

Some good seeing at last from the UK on the morning of the 20th January. Here are two images about 1 hour apart showing pleasing detail. 

The GRS was a vivid colour in the eyepiece as well. Still awaiting my ADC from ZWO so didn't bother with the ASi224MC.

Some very good detail there. The seeing seemed to be much better on Saturday on my last session, I had seen that the Jet stream was going to be away from the UK for a short while.

Cracking shots Pete,let's hope we get a few more good night's over the coming weeks. ADC's appear to be on back order with ZWO, but hopefully Sam will be shipping the next batch shortly - looking forward to the results.

Steve, that was 3 reds 2 greens and 2 blues all about 90 secs each so a total of about 630 secs or 22,000 frames!
