Great image.  It would be lovely to find out what flight number & route that was, then everyone who was on it have this image on their wall in a frame in their house.  It would make a lovely personal connection to it.  

There is a market there for you Luke !  Is it 180 passengers on a plane of this size ?  At £30 quid a pop that would be nice for them all and you too.

It was in the video I took. I was watching back the footage at x16 speed and saw something flash across the screen I couldn't belive my eyes when I hit rewind and watched it at normal speed

Fantastic!  It's rare enough to catch an aeroplane passing across the solar disc as it is, but to do so during the eclipse is brilliant.  Well done.
