Geminid Fireball captured

I managed to catch this screamer from the dark, but rather cloudy skies of Tenerife on Friday. The peak nights were both perfectly clear.

My fisheye lens has a 180 degree FOV on the diagonal, so I've worked out that this Geminid must have spanned 60 degrees. Someone I was with said they could see smoke coming off it!

Not sure about smoke, but in video sequences I've seen ionisation trails following a meteorite.
