Skywatcher 10 inch dob with nikon d3200

Hello everyone, new here, can somebody tell me the best adapter that will suit my nikon D3200 camera to the skywatcher with 2x Barlow lens, I find I can not focus it, any help would be most welcome, thanks

Can you focus without the Barlow?
